Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the WashClub website, mobile application, or any of our laundry pickup and delivery services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Area

WashClub operates exclusively within a 10-mile (approximately 16 km) radius of 157 Stoddard Road, Mt Roskill, Auckland 1041, New Zealand. Orders placed from addresses outside this service zone will be declined. We reserve the right to update the service area at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Booking & Orders

• All bookings must be made via our website or app at least 24 hours in advance.
• You must provide a valid pickup and delivery address within our service zone.
• WashClub reserves the right to refuse service at its sole discretion.
• Estimated delivery timeframes are indicative only and not guaranteed.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and inclusive of GST where applicable.
• Payment is processed securely via Stripe at the time of booking confirmation.
• WashClub reserves the right to update pricing with reasonable notice.
• Minimum order values may apply.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the order value.
• No refunds will be issued once garments have been collected.
• In the event of a service failure on WashClub's part, we will offer a re-clean or store credit at our discretion.

6. Care & Liability

• WashClub will exercise reasonable care in handling all garments.
• We are not liable for damage to items that are pre-existing, or caused by the nature of the fabric or care label being incorrect or missing.
• Our maximum liability for any lost or damaged item is capped at NZD $100 per item or the original purchase price (whichever is lower), unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We strongly recommend customers do not send irreplaceable, high-value, or sentimental items for cleaning.
• WashClub is not responsible for items left in pockets or bags.

7. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. WashClub is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and application, including the WashClub name, logo, graphics, and text, is the property of WashClub and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Auckland, New Zealand.

10. Changes to Terms

WashClub reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
