How do I book as a hotel guest?
Use our regular Book Pickup page. In Step 3 (Details), toggle on 'Staying in a hotel?' — you'll then enter your hotel name, room number and checkout date instead of a home address.
How long does laundry take?
Standard service is 24–48 hours. Same-day express is available if you select the 8–10am pickup slot — great if you're checking out soon.
Do I need to be in my room for pickup?
No. Just leave your bags with the hotel front desk labelled with your name and 'WashClub Pickup'. We'll collect and return them there.
What if I'm checking out before my laundry is ready?
Let us know your checkout date when booking and we'll prioritise your order. We can also arrange delivery to your next Auckland location.
Do you cover hotels outside the CBD?
Yes! We also serve hotels in Parnell, Newmarket, Takapuna and other inner Auckland suburbs. Just enter your hotel name in the booking form.
